Project Overview

Spark have been involved in the redevelopment of the Mornington Village Shopping Centre on Main Street, Mornington. The project involved expansion of the NLA, refurbishment and upgrades of building services and installation of a new façade which sought to take advantage of the large streetscape surrounding the centre.
